Thank you for shopping at Elisia­n. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. Please read it carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after you place the order and receive confirmation.  

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g. sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you if there is a significant delay. eWorld Fulfillment+1


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options (depending on your location):

* Delivery times are approximate. Actual delivery may vary depending on destination, courier, or external factors (customs, weather, holidays).

If you are ordering from within Pakistan, delivery time is typically faster. For international shipping (if offered), please allow extra time for customs and international transit.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, based on your shipping method and delivery address.

  • We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount — check for any ongoing offers on our site.

  • For express or expedited shipping, additional shipping charges may apply.


4. Delivery & Address Restrictions

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are unable to change the delivery address after you place an order.

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight-forwarder addresses.

  • For international orders (if available), customs duties, import taxes or other fees may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.


5. Order Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email (or message) containing a tracking number (if applicable).

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment via the courier’s website or tracking portal.

  • If you do not receive a tracking number or have any problem with tracking, please contact us via hello@elisian.ae.


6. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

  • While we take care to package and dispatch orders properly, once the package is with the courier, delivery times and condition are beyond our full control.

  • If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please notify us within 2 days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number and any relevant photos/documentation.

7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

If you order from outside Pakistan:

  • Additional shipping fees, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply at destination — these are the buyer’s responsibility. Easyship+1

  • Delivery times may be longer, depending on customs processing, courier delays, and your country’s postal system.

  • Please check with your local customs office to estimate fees and delivery times before placing your order.
