Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Elisiān. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Any tags, labels, or accessories must still be attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Personal care items (if applicable)

  • Customized or made-to-order products


2. Return Process

Step 1 — Request a Return

Email us at [your email] or contact us through our Contact Page with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Step 2 — Return Approval

Once your request is reviewed, we will send you return instructions.
Please do not send items back without approval.

Step 3 — Shipping the Item

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defect, damage).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If the item is used, damaged, or does not meet return conditions, the refund may be declined.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong product

  • Defective or damaged items

If the replacement item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company — processing time may vary.

  3. If you still need help, contact us at hello@elisian.ae.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
